Sunday Services

Holy Eucharist / Rite I

7:30 am in the Nave

The Rite I Holy Eucharist retains the beauty and dignity of the liturgical style and Elizabethan English found in earlier versions of the Prayer Book. This service is held in the Church and is ideal for those who enjoy quiet early worship without music.

Contemporary Service / Rite II

9:00 am in the Nave

This is our Holy Eucharist service with contemporary music and modern language. This is our largest service with children and adults of all ages. The first lesson from the Bible is told as a story rather than read. The entire service is projected using video technology so that everyone can follow along without having to use a Prayer Book or Hymnal. The music is easy to both sing and understands while reinforcing the message of worship. This is a great place for the children to learn about and experience “formal” worship as well as a wonderful place for adults to worship together with their children. The service is held year-round at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the Church.

Holy Eucharist / Rite II

11:00 am in the Nave

The 11:00 Holy Eucharist uses Rite II of the Book of Prayer Book, 1979. This service is a favorite of many longtime Episcopalians and is nearly as well attended as the Contemporary Service. This service features hymns and special music led by the Christ Church Chorale with organ. Our organ is one of the finest in the nation and is a worthy accompaniment to the dignity and holiness of this service.

Weekday Services

Holy Eucharist / Rite I

Monday at 12:00 pm in the Chapel

The Rite I Holy Eucharist retains the beauty and dignity of the liturgical style and Elizabethan English found in earlier versions of the Prayer Book. This service is held in the Church and is ideal for those who enjoy quiet afternoon worship without music.

Holy Eucharist / Rite I

Wednesday at 6:30 pm in the Chapel

The Rite I Holy Eucharist retains the beauty and dignity of the liturgical style and Elizabethan English found in earlier versions of the Prayer Book. This service is held in the Church and is ideal for those who enjoy quiet evening worship without music.
